ORDERING AND PAYMENT
How do I know if my online order is secure? What happens to my name and order information?
The first layer of security, "Safe Technology", is the most visible to you. Our Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology is an industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.  Using RSA key technology, our web server is stable and secure, so you can shop via the web without worry and without risk.  We encrypt all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.  The second layer, our "Firewall", works behind the scenes.  We protect all of your private information, including your order, behind a network security system.  Only our own staff has access to this information, and then only enough to service your order.  If you have any questions about our security system, please Contact Us for more information.

How can I order through the mail (USPS)?

Give us a call at (877) 288-3256 or (303) 439-2522 and request that an order form be faxed our e-mailed to you.  Once you receive it, simply fill out the order form and mail it to us along with a check or Money order, or include your credit card information.  Make your check or Money order payable to Rustic Ranch Relics and mail it to the address below.

When is my credit card charged?
Items are charged to you when they ship. If an item is on back order, you will not be charged until it ships. When purchasing furniture, your card will be charged 50% of the total when the order is placed, and then the balance will be charged, along with applicable freight charges, when the furniture is shipped.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Each product we carry is of uncompromising quality.  We will repair or replace any items with defects in the material and craftsmanship for a full year from purchase.

Returns, Exchanges, and Repairs
All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of your purchase date.  Please call or email us to obtain a RA #.  An RA (return authorization) is needed for all returns.  Please send the package securely wrapped, prepaid and insured to the address below.  Items returned will be promptly refunded or exchanged.  Please do not send any packages C.O.D, as we will not accept product returns shipped C.O.D.  Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship UPS and USPS within the continental USA, which normally takes 7-10 days for delivery. Rest assured that once you place your order with us, we make sure that all in-stock items are shipped within 2 business days.

For orders outside the continental USA, please call 1-877-288-3256 for delivery charges.
