Once you receive it, simply fill
out the order form and mail it
to us along with a check or
Money order, or include your
credit card information. Make
your check or Money order

No COD's will be accepted
When is my credit card charged?
Items are charged to
you when they ship. If an item
is on back order, you will not
be charged until it ships. When
purchasing furniture, your card
will be charged 50% of the
total when the order is placed,
and then the balance will be
charged, along with applicable
freight charges, when the
furniture is shipped.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Each product we carry is of
uncompromising quality. We will
repair or replace any items with
defects in the material and
craftsmanship for a full year
from purchase.
Returns, Exchanges, and Repairs
All returns and exchanges must
be made within 30 days of your
purchase date. Please call
or email us to obtain a RA #. An RA
(return authorization) is needed
for all returns. Please send the
package securely wrapped,
prepaid and insured to the
address below. Items returned
will be promptly refunded or
exchanged. Please do not send
any packages C.O.D, as we will
not accept product returns
shipped C.O.D. Personalized
items cannot be exchanged or
returned for a refund.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship UPS and USPS within the
continental USA, which normally
takes 7-10 days for delivery.
Rest assured that once you place
your order with us, we make sure
that all in-stock items are
shipped within 2 business days.

continental USA, please call
